Meet the team

Mike Love – Chairman

Chairman of Reserve It Limited and also CODASciSys plc. Mike is also Senior independent non-executive director with Surface Technology Systems plc and Coldstreams Technologies plc. As well as being an advisor to a number of Venture Capital investment funds, Mike is also a member of the advisory board overseeing the conduct of the London Stock Exchange Alternative Investment Market. Mike is Chairman and Managing Director of WP2 Ltd. He has an earlier background in university research and the nuclear industry and is a chartered engineer.

Tony Lucas - Managing Director

One of the original founders of the Company back in 1998, Tony has spent many years in the hotel and tourism market as a programmer, systems analyst, I.T. consultant and freelance project manager. He has worked and travelled in many parts of the world and has lectured on I.T systems in the Hotel sector. Tony has worked freelance for many of the major Hotel corporations. He writes extensively on all matters to do with tourism in the British Isles.

Ben Love - Technical Director

Ben's background is in web development and design. Ben was the Managing Director of the Internet Consultancy firm Swift Web Solutions Ltd before joining Reserve IT as Technical Director. His responsibilities include managing the development and maintenance of the extensive range of websites that are owned and promoted by Reserve It Limited.

Matthew Falconer- Product Development

Leading our I.T. and infrastructure team, Matthew has designed and hosted many first class web sites for a wide range of industries. Matthew's team is responsible for the next generation of products and our automated website development packages. Matthew has a background in product development in the financial services industry and Project Management within the Hotel sector.

Nik Love – Product Director

Nik has experience of web design and internet implementation in a number of high profile companies. He is responsible for our search facilities and our advanced map location systems and the research and development of the facilities and functionality of the websites. Much of the look and feel of the site is the result of Nik’s designs.

Jane Aaron - Administration Manager

Jane handles all the billing, does quality control on all brochures as they are produced and before they are billed. She handles a lot of customer enquiries, requests for changes and additions, deals with complaints and provides monthly reporting to the Board. She also controls the sales ledger and billing systems and provides accounting information.
